I won’t recommend for stay to others ad there are many other hotels near the Disneyland too. Hotel carpets were grossly dirty and cleaning services for room wasn't available except changing towel on daily basis that too on reminding them. Terrible Experience!!! Such a dirty place. The carpet is disgusting. They do not clean your room unless you request it. WHAT????? They should clean it unless Told otherwise. Since dogs are accepted in your facility in La Palma, suggest you put in a fenced dog area for dogs to do their thing - with plastic bags - it would keep your facility so much cleaner. And it would be easier for dog owners too. Thank you so much for allowing our little dog to come with us.

It's perfect for a small getaway for couples or even families. We happened to be going to Disneyland and stayed for 2 nights, it was so easy and convenient, even if we were to choose to do uber it was no more than $15 each way. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and provided with cable. We usually take our own gaming system or apple TV to just relax a little. The beds are super comfortable and honestly just a great overall experience. We will be staying there again in the next month!LaylaUnited States of America
